The addition and renovation of the main cottage on this property was completed in the fall of 2016. The family cottage is located on a piece of property with water on three sides overlooking Beach Point and The Murray Islands. The addition allows for panoramic views of the beach.

Construction of a new studio building on the property was completed in May 2018, with construction of a new guest cottage currently in progress.

Construction of this project began in summer 2017 and was completed in summer 2018.

This  branch of the Royal Canadian Legion has been a central community building in Souris for decades, but was in need of an update. During construction, the main floor was completely flattened and reconstructed from the ground up.

The cottage is on a property overlooking the Northumberland Strait.  The homeowners are connected to the area and needed more space for them and their adult daughters.

This project is Lorin's home and office.  It brings together two of his historical families' homes to create a single space.  The first renovation was completed during their time in Boston, and renovations continue.

This project is being completed in phases to accommodate the client's schedules.  We completed the design phase 2 years ago and are well into construction of phase 3.  Photos will be updated as construction progresses.

The clients are siblings who share the family property overlooking Cardigan Bay.  They came to us looking to update and add on to their cottage.  When on site, we found an abandoned family farm house on the property.  We proposed moving the farm house and "linking" it to the cottage.  This would serve as the addition they needed and the link would provide a shared space between the two structures.

This new Cornwall House overlooks the West River.  The clients were heavily engaged in the design process, which resulted in a house that fits well with both their desires and the site.
